Returns and Refund Policy
1. An order once shipped cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason.
2. No refund, exchange, replacement, except for manufacturing defects.
3. While making a return claim you are required to submit proof of defect with an unboxing video. Acceptance and rejection of your claim is at the discretion of PS jewellery.
4. Follow our Jewellery Care Instructions for longer life and sheen to your jewellery.
5. We currently do not have a Buy Back policy.
In order to claim for a refund or exchange, you must satisfy the condition of providing us with an unboxing video showing the manufacturing defect. Kindly record the entire process (Unpacking the courier box to showing the defective item) with no pauses or breaks in between.
